Booking your Function

Deposit

To confirm your reservation a deposit of $300 ($400 for Wedding Packages) is required at the time of booking. A receipt will be issued. We cannot guarantee a booking until this deposit is received.

Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee of $150 will be charged if the booking is cancelled within one month of the function date.

Account Payment

Final numbers for catering are required four working days prior to the function. The food will be invoiced at this point and refunds for reductions in numbers cannot be accepted after this date.

We request that your account be finalised no later than the day after the function. Payments should be made by cash, cheque or direct deposit to:
