We offer a Standard Function Centre Hire Package, a Wedding Hire Package and a Self-Catering Package. Room hire is $300 for the first six hours ($400 for Wedding Packages), and $50 for each additional hour. The hire fee guarantees you exclusive use of the facility and covers the labour for setting up the room, tablecloths and serviettes (an extra charge of $40 per table applies for white linen).
Menus
Menu prices will vary depending on specific items selected. Please advise us of any special dietary needs. For more information see our menu suggestions.
Drinks
Our Function Centre includes a bar. Bar service, with RSA certified staff, can be provided. We request that you organise the purchase of your own drinks. Room Setup and Table Plan There are many ways in which the room can be set up for your function. You are welcome to view the reception area when it is set up for another function prior to your date. This gives you an opportunity to get ideas and a feel for the room. Please ring in advance if you plan to drop in. We suggest you enjoy your arrival drinks and hors d'oeurves in our beautiful and charming garden and ' Bar Feitz ' area. Our bar area and front verandah can be utilised in the event of inclement weather.
Flowers
As flowers are a personal item, we request you organise these yourselves. Most groups like to organise an arrangement for each table. We can suggest florists who will help you.
Cake
Just like flowers, celebration cakes are a personal item and should be organised independently. We can, if you wish, cut and serve the cake, for a small fee.
Booking your Function
To confirm your reservation a deposit of $300 ($400 for Wedding Packages) is required at the time of booking. A receipt will be issued. We cannot guarantee a booking until this deposit is received.
A cancellation fee of $150 will be charged if the booking is cancelled within one month of the function date.
Final numbers for catering are required four working days prior to the function. The food will be invoiced at this point and refunds for reductions in numbers cannot be accepted after this date.
